Where does Lux Luv ship?

We ship worldwide. Some remote locations or countries with strict import restrictions may not be eligible — if you're unsure, contact us before ordering.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Yes — we can ship to P.O. Boxes without issue.

When will I receive my order?

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–2 business days from our New York warehouse. Delivery times vary by location — typically 3–7 business days domestically. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed, and a second with your tracking number once it ships.

What is Lux Luv's return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery for unopened, unused products in original condition. To initiate a return, contact us at luxluvny@gmail.com. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
