Where does LUX LUV ship?

We currently ship anywhere in the world except for countries with particularly strict restrictions.

Is there a shipping charge?

Shipping is FREE for orders shipped to all states of the United States but Hawaii. If you want your product delivered outside the United States you will be charged based on the shipping cost to your location.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes?

Would you like to ship your order to a P.O. Box? No problem. We can ship to any P.O. Box.

When exactly will I receive my order?

It all depends on where you want your product delivered and the priority level you select at the checkout. Once your order is placed, it will be processed and shipped within 1-2 business days. Depending on your location, shipping times may vary between 3-7 business days. Allluxluvny.com orders ship from our New York warehouse. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.


What is LUX LUV return policy?

We believe all customers should have a chance to open the box and see our products for themselves without liability or concern.

We offer a 30-Day hassle-free return policy to all customers on all products so you can shop with peace of mind. Should you want to return your purchase, just contact our customer service team or live chat with us to provide your order number and the reason for the return and we’ll start processing your return as early as possible. All return shipping within the United States is on us. Return shipping costs outside of the continental US will be the customer’s responsibility.

Once we’ve received your return and confirmed that it was not used, damaged, or otherwise impaired from its original condition, we’ll issue you a refund for the original product purchase price in full to your original form of payment. Returns of promotional offers will void the original offer and you're going to be refunded only the amount you paid for not the full price of the product. Please note that all original shipping costs are nonrefundable.

If you receive your product and find that it is damaged in any way, contact customer service immediately.


What payment methods do we accept?

We currently accept Apple Pay as well as all MasterCard, Visa, American Express, Diners Club, Discover cards, Amazon Pay, Meta Pay, Google Pay, PayPal, Shop Pay, Klarna and Venmo.

When will I be charged for my order?

Once you’ve completed your order, your account will be immediately charged by us. Orders cancelled before shipment are normally refunded within 2-5 business days.

My Order

How do I track my order?

After you’ve placed your order, we’ll send you two emails within one business day. The first will be a confirmation that your order has been received. The second will be a confirmation that your order has been processed with a tracking number included for you to track your shipment all the way to your delivery time.

Can I cancel or change my order once it’s been placed?

All orders can be cancelled before shipment for a full refund. However, once an order has been shipped, you will need to follow our return process and successfully return any items purchased in their original condition within 30 days of receiving your order to receive your refund. Additionally, any expedited or international shipping fees associated with your order will not be eligible for refund.
